High Speed Stamping

Suresh Metal Press Works (SMPW) has multiple high speed stamping presses including Bruderer and Hensel in multi-locations. We have developed the capability to handle brass, copper, Phosphor Bronze, Berillium copper, Stainless Steel and CRCA. Inhouse capacity is in excess of 150 million components per month. We can supply components ranging from 0.15mm thick to 2.5mm thick.

We are capable of running speeds from 60 to 1200 SPM. Dimensions tolerance can be controlled within +/- 0.007 mm.
